We have the option to insert captive nuts, PCB standoffs, studs and many more types which are typical of the inserts that are commonly fitted to sheet metal components.
We have two inserting machines now.
Our original machine has the capacity to put in fasteners from M2 to M8. Inserts are installed accurately and reliably.
Our newest inserting machine is a haeger 824 with all new intuitive insertion logic software with insertion graphics and integrated statistics process control allows for more functionality whilst in turn reducing programming time and reducing the chance of miss inserting the wrong fastener in the wrong place. It also has two auto feed bowls plus a rotable bottom tool change which enables four different fasteners to be inserted in one go. This machine as adjustable force from 800 lbs to 16,000lbs allowing it to put in fasteners from M2 to M12.
